Privacy notice
This notice covers this website only — www.saptarang.net, the corporate site of Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. Each venture the company operates publishes its own notice covering the data that venture handles, which is a great deal more than this one does.
The short version. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no cookies. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.
1. Who we are

In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, and you are the Data Principal.
2. What we collect, and when

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and this site has nothing on it aimed at them.
3. What we do not do
- No analytics or measurement scripts of any kind.
- No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no remarketing.
- No cookies. This site sets none — not for preferences, not for sessions, not for anything. Cloudflare may set a security cookie in front of it as part of protecting the network.
- No sale of personal data. No sharing for anyone else's marketing.
- No third-party fonts, scripts or embeds fetched from other servers.
4. Legal basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent, given by choosing to fill in and send the form for the purpose stated on the page. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 8), and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.
For visitors in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the corresponding UK GDPR / GDPR basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) for the contact form, and legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) for keeping the site secure and available.
5. Who else sees it
As few people and systems as possible. Messages you send reach the company's own mailbox and are read by its director. The processors involved are:
- Cloudflare — serves this website and delivers the notification email generated by the contact form.
- Migadu — hosts the company mailbox that receives your message and from which we reply.
Both act on our instructions. We disclose personal data to anyone else only where the law requires it — for example to a court or a regulator acting within its powers.
6. Where it goes
The company is in India and its mail is stored in Europe. Serving this website necessarily involves Cloudflare's global network, so a request may be handled at a location near you wherever you are. Transfers are covered by our processors' own contractual safeguards.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask what we hold about you, and what we have done with it.
- Have it corrected if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Have it erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapable of exercising them.
- Complain to us, and to the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not satisfy you.
Visitors in the UK or EEA additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the UK GDPR / GDPR, and may complain to their own supervisory authority.
9. How to exercise them
Write to manish@saptarang.net, or to the registered office address in section 1. Tell us what you want and enough about your enquiry that we can find it — usually the email address you wrote from is enough. We answer within 30 days.
If your request is about an account, a listing, an order or a message on one of the ventures — caio.ltd, freehug.me, idlidu.com or nanoMani.com — please send it to that venture. It holds the data and can act on your request directly; the corporate mailbox would only forward it there.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. It carries no database and no login, so there is no store of visitor accounts here to be breached. Messages sent through the form travel over TLS to the company mailbox. Should a personal data breach affecting this site occur, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected person as the Act requires.
11. Changes
If this notice changes materially we will change the effective date at the top and, where we hold your address because you wrote to us and the change affects you, tell you directly. We do not change it quietly.
