Terms of use
These terms govern your use of www.saptarang.net, the corporate website of Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. They are not the terms of any of the company's ventures — each of those publishes its own, and those are what govern your use of that service.
1. Who you are agreeing with
This website is owned and operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) (P) Ltd. — in full, Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited — a One Person Company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456, registered office C-102, Acropolis Apartments, Thatte Nagar, Gangapur Road, Nashik – 422005, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the company” mean that company. By using this site you accept these terms.
2. What this site is for
It is an informational corporate site. It describes the company, its statutory particulars and the ventures it operates, and it offers a way to write to us. Nothing is sold here and no account can be opened here.
3. Not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation, recommendation or solicitation to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any security, nor an invitation to deposit money with or invest in the company. The company does not accept deposits or funds from the public. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
4. Accuracy
We take care that what is published here is correct, and the statutory particulars on the governance page are reproduced from the company's own incorporation documents. Even so, this site is provided for information: it may contain errors, and it may be out of date between reviews. The public register at mca.gov.in is authoritative as to the company's registered particulars, and where this site disagrees with it, the register prevails. Please tell us if you spot a discrepancy.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, code, wordmark and prism device on this site are © Manish Jagdish Thatte and are used by the company under licence from the author. “Saptarang Ventures”, “caio.ltd”, “freehug.me”, “idlidu.com” and “nanoMani.com” are names used by the company in trade.
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own information and may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, present it as your own, or use our names or device in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or approval that does not exist.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it;
- interfere with its availability, including by automated flooding of the contact form;
- submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or body;
- scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
Automated submissions to the contact form may be discarded without notice.
7. Links out
This site links to the company's own ventures and, occasionally, to third parties such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Use of a venture is governed by that venture's own terms and privacy notice, not by these. Third-party sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content.
8. Availability
We do not promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it, and may change these terms, at any time. Material changes carry a new effective date at the top of this page.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site is provided “as is” and we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains what this site collects and what we do with it. It forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any court of competent jurisdiction.
