In one paragraph. Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited is a One Person Company incorporated at Nashik, Maharashtra on 7 November 2023 under the Companies Act, 2013, CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456. It holds and operates four independent online ventures: caio.ltd, a free global classifieds marketplace; freehug.me, a community built around consent; idlidu.com, a marketplace for booking performing artists; and nanoMani.com, a marketplace for nanomaterials and laboratory supplies. The four are trading names and websites of the one company rather than separately incorporated subsidiaries. It is financed by its own member, takes no outside investment, and is directed by its founder and sole member, Manish Jagdish Thatte.
The name, in the forms we use
Three forms are in use across the group and all three are correct. Please do not invent a fourth — the word Saptarang on its own belongs to several unrelated organisations and is not a name this company answers to.

Saptarang Ventures is unconnected with Saptarang Polymers Private Limited of Wai, Saptarang Agro Producer Company Limited of Solapur, or the SaptaRang Cultural Society of Vancouver, which share the word and nothing else.

The mark
The identity is a prism: one beam of white light in, seven colours out. That is what Saptarang means and it is also what the company is, so the spectrum belongs to the parent and appears only as its signature. Four of the seven bands on the portfolio bar are lit, because four ventures exist. The gap is deliberate and should not be tidied away in a reproduction.
- Prism mark, SVG — vector, drawn in currentColor so it takes the colour of the text around it. Use this wherever a vector will render.
- Prism mark, 512 × 512 PNG — the square raster, on the dark ground, for anywhere an SVG will not render.
- Social card, 1200 × 630 PNG — the link-preview image. It is a card, not a logo; please do not crop it to a square.
Two rules, and they are the only two. Do not recolour a venture to fit the rainbow — caio.ltd, freehug.me, idlidu.com and nanoMani.com each keep the brand colour they use on their own site, and the seven-colour spectrum is the parent's alone. And do not stretch, rotate, or re-draw the prism: the geometry is computed, not eyeballed — seven rays leaving one point at seven-degree intervals — and it stops being the mark when that changes.
